Mr. Rahul Beruar, who appears on behalf of the plaintiffs, says that the plaintiffs have entered into a settlement with defendant no. 1, albeit, de hors the present proceedings and, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the instant suit proceedings.

1.1 I am further informed by Mr. Beruar that the plaintiffs have purchased the subject domain name from defendant no. 1 and have applied to defendant no. 2 i.e. the Registrar for transfer of the said domain name to the plaintiffs.

Mr. Shantanu Sahay, who appears on behalf of defendant no. 2, affirms this position.
