By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner inter alia seeks the following reliefs:

"b) Directing the SHO concerned of P.S. Burari to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner regarding the illegal dispossession of the petitioner from the property on 17.04.2026 and the removal of her belongings by Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and other police officials involved therein, and to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law;"
