The petition was disposed of by order dated 01.07.2024, recording that the parties had settled their disputes. The Registry was directed to release the deposited amount to the petitioner, alongwith interest accrued thereupon, subject to the petitioner placing on record a signed copy of the settlement agreement within the period of two weeks. 2.

This application has been filed for condonation of delay of five days in filing of the settlement agreement, to which there is no objection. 3.

The application is allowed, and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to release the deposited amount, alongwith interest accrued thereupon, to the petitioner.
