I.A. 6397/2020 in OMP(MISC¥COMM) 165/2020 LA. 6401/2020 in OMPIMISCVCOMM) 167/2020 These applications have been filed by the petitioner seeking exemption from filing original documents / certified copies / true typed copies of the Annexures and court fee.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from filing original documents / certified copies / true typed copies of the Annexures.

Even though the prayer made in the petitions is for grant of extension of time w.e.f. February 02, 2020, learned counsel for the parties state that the period be extended till December 31, 2020. Noting the submission made by the counsel and these petitions being joint petitions by the parties, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till December 31, 2020 w.e.f. February 02,2020.
