By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of parole for a period of six weeks in case FIR bearing no. 279/1992, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC'). 2.
Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, ASC (Crl.) accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the competent authority has not yet decided the representation filed by the petitioner herein before the respondent.

The competent authority is directed to decide the said representation of the petitioner herein within a period of 04 days from date under intimation to this Court.
