Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of letter dated 26.05.2026 qua clarifications required for issuance of passport facilities to the petitioner and the same is taken on record. 2.
In view thereof, the respondent is directed to proceed with necessary compliance in accordance with law i.e. hand over the passport of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three days.
