This is an application filed by petitioner no.1 for impleading petitioner no.2 as a party to the present petition. 2.
For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. 3.
The amended memo of parties is taken on record. W.P.(CRL) 1304/2019 4.
The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 76/2018, under Sections 448/467/468/471/120-B/34/506 of the IPC registered with Police Station C.R. Park, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKON) through its authorized representative.

The authorised representative of respondent no.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. 7.
He states that the society has since resolved all disputes with the petitioner in terms of the settlement deeds dated 24.09.2018 and 20.04.2019. The authorised representative of respondent no.2 joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are also present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They state that they have no grievance against respondent no.2 and pray that the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and authorised representative of respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 10.
Accordingly, FIR bearing no.
76/2018, under Sections 448/467/468/471/120-B/34/506 of the IPC registered with Police Station C.R. Park, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 11.
The concerned parties (petitioners and the authorised representative of respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
