% 03.05.2019 Notice of this petition to respondent No. 2 is dispensed with in view of the trial court's order of 19th March, 2019 as it is apparent from the aforesaid order that proceedings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 have ended in settlement and acquittal of petitioner. However, petitioner is aggrieved by earlier order of 29th January, 2019 vide which he been declared as proclaimed offender. Once, petitioner has been acquitted in the main case, therefore, the order of 29th January, 2019 no longer survives. With aforesaid clarification, this petition and applications are accordingly disposed of.
