The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent had further filed a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court which was dismissed on 21.08.2020 and thereafter respondent no. 4 and 5 have handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the subject property. He however submits that substantial damage has caused to the property. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel further submits that there is apprehension to the petitioners about their safety from respondent no. CONT.CAS(C) 378/2020 1 MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

4 and 5. He submits that in case some directions are issued to the SHO Police Station Amar Colony to take care of the well-being of the petitioners, he shall not press the present petition any further. 4.

In view of the above, SHO Police Station Amar Colony is directed to ensure the safety and well-being of the petitioners. He shall provide the contact details of a senior officer in the Police Station as also instruct the beat constable to visit the petitioners from time to time to ensure their well-being.

In view of the above order, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 6.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions to the SHO Police Station Amar Colony. 7.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the SHO Police Station Amar Colony for compliance.
