According to learned counsel for petitioner, there is no surviving legal heir and in all likelihood even the suit in question would abate. 3.

He, therefore, states that the present petition may be disposed of. 4.

In view of the above said peculiar development and the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of. It is, however, clarified that if eventually the suit continues and does not abate, such Legal Representative would be at liberty to get the present petition revived.
