In terms of the discussion which took place on 17.04.2025 before this Court, it has now been informed by Mr. Rajat Joneja, learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant that they are ready to settle the matter on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner/defendant would make payment of Rs.33 lacs within a period of sixty days from today, towards full and final satisfaction of the suit in question.
(ii) The requisite statement in this regard, with respect to making of the payment within the abovesaid period of two months, would be made by the authorized representative of the petitioner/defendant before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed i.e. 05.05.2025.
(iii) In view of the above, the allotment of the flat in question in favour of the respondents/plaintiffs would be deemed to be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. cancelled and the petitioner/defendant would be at liberty to deal with the abovesaid flat in whatsoever manner it desires. However, the allotment would continue to remain in the name of the respondents/plaintiffs, till the entire abovesaid payment of Rs.33 lacs is paid within the abovesaid period of sixty days to be reckoned from today.

Ms. Maan, learned counsel for respondents/plaintiffs has also no objection to the abovesaid proposal.

In view of the above, Mr. Rajat Joneja, learned counsel for the petitioner also does not press the present petition. 4.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed in view of aforesaid settlement terms.

All the pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
