The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 1215/2025 1.

The instant petition has been filed to trace and produce the wife of the Petitioner, namely Smt. Jyoti.

It is stated that the wife of the Petitioner went missing along with the daughter of the Petitioner on 14.02.2025 and a General Diary entry bearing G.D no.113A was lodged at Police Station, Rajouri Garden.

The material on record indicates that on 03.03.2025, another The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

General Diary entry bearing G.D no. 134A was entered into at Police Station, Rajouri Garden stating that the wife of the Petitioner was missing with Rs. 20,000/- cash.

It is stated that the daughter was handed back to the Petitioner on 26.03.2025 by Smt. Jyoti, wife of the Petitioner, who was suffering from the various ailments.

Stating that the wife of the Petitioner is unsafe and is in illegal custody of the Respondent no. 5, the present petition has been filed. 6.

The Police has now been able to trace the said Smt. Jyoti who is now 32 years of age and is living with one Amit Kumar, Respondent No. 5 herein, who is the cousin of the Petitioner. 7.

Mr. Amit Kumar stays at M-171, Gali No- 12, Prem Nagar, Suleman Nagar, Kirari Delhi.

Since the wife of the Petitioner has been traced and produced before the Court and she being a major, states that she and the said Amit Kumar are together, on their own accord. Nothing survives in this petition.

Status Report has been filed and the same has been taken on record as herein below:

After getting this information sincere efforts were made to trace out the missing lady and on dated 14.02.2025 missing lady Jyoti came to Police Station and stated that on dated 14.02.2025 some altercation took place with her husband Mr. Ajit and she left the house of her husband with her daughter Akshita and went to her niece house in Kurukshetra. (Statement of Jyoti & Ajit is attached to kind perusal) 3.

On dated 03.03.2025 an information was again received in Police Station Rajouri Garden regarding the missing of the same lady namely Jyoti W/o Ajit R/o T- huts 20 Vishal Enclave double story B Block Delhi Age- 33 years and on dated 25.03.2025 an information was received to the husband of the lady that she has been living with Amit Kumar (Bhua's son) S/o Shri Bhagwan R/o M-171, Gali No- 12 Prem Nagar Suleman Nagar Kirari Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

After that her husband Sh. Ajit reached in Prem Nagar Kirari Rohini to trace her wife. Her wife Jyoti and one person namely Amit came to PS- Prem Nagar but Jyoti refused to talk to her husband and also refused to go with him. Statement of Ms. Jyoti was also recorded by ASI Om Parkash Police Station Prem Nagar."
