O R D E R

W.P.(C) 4864/2025 & CM APPL.23558/2025 (filed on behalf of the petitioners for directions) 1.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking the following prayers:

"a. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 / AIFF to forthwith list the pending complaints filed by the Petitioners herein titled "Complaint Against Inter Kashi FC for Violation of Article 6.5.6 read with Article 6.5.7 of the I-League Regulations 202425 by Placing an Ineligible Foreign Player" (dated 29.03.2025, 31.03.2025, and 01.04.2025) filed against Respondent No. 4's Club / Inter Kashi FC;

b. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 / AIFF Disciplinary Committee to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. adjudicate the aforesaid complaints (dated 29.03.2025, 31.03.2025, and 01.04.2025) expeditiously and in a timebound manner;

c. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 / AIFF to list, and Respondent No. 3 / AIFF Appeals Committee to hear and adjudicate, any appeal that may arise out of the adjudication of the said complaints (dated 29.03.2025, 31.03.2025, and 01.04.2025) by Respondent No. 2 / AIFF Disciplinary Committee;" 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that subsequent to filing of the present petition, the complaints filed by the petitioners titled as "Complaint Against Inter Kashi FC for Violation of Article 6.5.6 read with Article 6.5.7 of the I-League Regulations 2024-25 by Placing an Ineligible Foreign Player", dated 29.03.2025, 31.03.2025, and 01.04.2025 have now been listed for consideration before the Disciplinary Committee of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) on 24.04.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the said complaints shall be decided by the Disciplinary Committee expeditiously. He further submits that the decision is likely to be rendered by the Disciplinary Committee latest within a period of one week from today. 4.

It is acceded that the above effectively redresses the grievance of the petitioners in the present petition. The present petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to say, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the outcome of the proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee, they shall be entitled to avail appropriate remedies under law.
