The present petition seeks the following reliefs: "i) Issue Writ of Mandamus/Certiorari for directing the respondents no. 1 and 3 to 4 for time bound investigation the FIR No. 137 dt. 24.2.2023 with higher lady officer after considering the petitioner complaints dt. 16.2.2023 etc, and other photographs and videos in the interest of justice.

ii) To direct the respondent no. 2/Secretary of Delhi Bar Association for appointed the new committee and nor pressuring the investigation of the case in the interest of justice.

iii) To give protection order or orders to the petitioner/ lady lawyer from respondent no. 5 and his aidder and abettors in the interest of justice. vi) To give directions to the respondent no. 2/Secretary of Bar and respondent no. 5 for not throw out the petitioner furniture's and all files of the petitioner from the chamber no. 498 Civil Wing, Tis Hazari Court being crime spot, during pendency of the investigation in the interest of justice.

v) To direct the respondents no. 1, 3 and 4 for investigate the FIR No. 0137 registered by the petitioner against the respondent no. 5 under Section 323/354/506/509 of IPC dated 24.2.2023 and respondent no. 5 in counter-blast also registered the FIR No.0160 dt. 2.3.2023 under The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Section 454/380/506/34 of IPC by a senior lady officers i.e. one I.O. in both FIRs in the interest of justice."

As per the status report filed by the State, a final report under Section 173 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1973 has already been filed in FIR No. 137/2023 dated 22nd February, under Sections 323/354/354A/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 and the same is pending consideration before the concerned Magistrate. In light of the above development, the first prayer is now rendered infructuous as investigation stands completed.

Further, Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, ASC for the State, submits that investigation in the other FIR no. 0160/2023 dated 02nd March, 2023, under Sections 454/380/506/34 IPC shall also be concluded expeditiously. This statement is taken on record.

In light of the status report filed and the statement made before the Court, the primary prayers, specifically prayer nos. (i) and (v), have been satisfactorily addressed. However, the other prayers concerning disputes related to Chamber No. 498, Civil Wing, Tis Hazari Courts, in the opinion of the Court, cannot be adjudicated in the present proceedings. 5.

Nonetheless, should the Petitioner apprehend any threat to her life or property, she is at liberty to approach the concerned SHO with her complaint, which shall be examined and dealt with in accordance with the law.
