The medical report of the applicant dated 24.07.2025 has been filed by Senior Medical Officer In-charge. 2.

The same indicates that the applicant is a follow up case of bronchial asthma with seizure disorder, for which he is under treatment from Doctor on duty, jail visiting medicine specialist. He has also been referred to Neurology Department, Safdarjung Hospital.

The Doctors have advised to admit the applicant in hospital if any further episode of seizure occurs. 4.

Considering the above, in the opinion of this Court, no immediate treatment is required for which the applicant can be released on interim bail, especially when the eye-witness is yet to be examined.

The Jail Superintendent is directed to keep a supervision on the medical condition of the applicant and take remedial actions forthwith in case of occurrence of any seizure episode. 7.
