The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging a Disciplinary Order dated 26.07.2024 and an order of the Appellate Authority dated 19.11.2024 affirming the order of the Disciplinary Authority.

Mr. Vikas Chopra, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, takes a preliminary objection that the respondents are amenable to the jurisdiction of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal ["Tribunal"] in terms of a notification of the Department of Personnel and Training dated 22.04.2008. Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Mr. Chopra states that respondent No. 1 is a Board under the Quality Council of India and is also amenable to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission, Mr. Roop Narain, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Tribunal.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
