% 01.07.2019 C.M. No. 28807/2019 By this application, the petitioner seeks revival of the writ petition, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 03.05.2019. The revival has been sought by the petitioner on the ground that the Original Application has not been disposed of by the Tribunal till date. The petitioner points out that the matter was partly heard by the by the Tribunal on 21.05.2019 for about half an hour and thereafter adjourned to 20.08.2019. We do not find any merit in this application. The order dated 21.05.2019 itself shows that the petitioner, after arguing the matter for half an hour desired further hearing for another half an hour. The Tribunal, in these circumstances, adjourned the matter to 20.08.2019 considering the fact
that the summer break was ensuing. The Tribunal has kept the matter as part-heard. In these circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
Dismissed.
