The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

In terms of judgment dated 01.09.2020, the Local Commissioner has submitted her report along with the photographs as well as a video recording of the execution of the commission. 3.

As per the Commissioner's report the peaceful, vacant possession of the tenanted premises has been got delivered to the petitioner after breaking open of the lock. An inventory of articles has been prepared and the same have been handed over to the petitioner on Superdari.

The report is taken on record.

Perusal of the photographs shows that the articles which were lying in the property is really junk. Learned counsel for the Petitioner MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

CM(M) 402/2020

submits that Petitioner shall deal with same subject to orders of the executing court.

Copy of the report be forwarded to the concerned Executing Court. Executing Court shall pass appropriate orders qua the articles which were found lying in the tenanted premises and which are presently in the custody of the Petitioner.

Petitioner shall appear before the concerned Executing Court on 26.09.2020, the date already fixed before the said Court. 8.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present proceedings.

Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
