By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 499/2025, dated 25.11.2025, registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi, South District, under Sections 318(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to apply for bail afresh before the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that supplementary chargesheet is yet to be filed and charges are yet to be framed.
