This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to hold year-wise DPC from 2011 onwards and thereafter consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from Dr. Daisy Thomas, acting Vice Principal of respondent no. 1/College of Nursing, who is present in court and identified by the counsel, submits that the DPC will be positively held within six weeks from today. 3.

In view of the statement made, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case the statement made today in court is not adhered to.
