The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 320/2021 of Police Station Gokulpuri for offence under Section 302/201/34 IPC. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after disclosing about the previous bail applications and fate thereof. Learned counsel for accused/applicant also submits that he shall file fresh bail application along with fresh vakalatnama.
