After some arguments, Mr. Rahul Tyagi, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned ACMM with a prayer for reduction of fee of the receiver appointed in terms of Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
