The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance that the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Central Delhi, Darya Ganj, New Delhi (respondent no.5) has not decided the compliant of the petitioner being petition No.14713 dated 11.07.2024 seeking eviction of respondent nos. 1 and 2 and is stated to be filed under Sections 4, 5, 22 and 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

It is submitted that the petitioner has filed the complaint as far back as on 11.07.2024. However, there has been a considerable delay in scheduling hearing / deciding the matter as a result of which grave prejudice is being suffered by the petitioner.

Considering the limited grievance sought by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to expedite hearing and dispose of complaint being petition No.14713 dated 11.07.2024, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Let the matter be considered by the respondent no. 4 on priority and an endeavour be made to dispose of the same within a period of four months from today.
