+ BAIL APPLN. 1109/2019 SHISHU PAL SINGH ..... Petitioner Through Mr R.P.S. Baghel, Advocaet.
versus STATE ..... Respondent Through Ms Meenakshi Chauhan, APP for State.

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 26.09.2019 1.
The petitioner has filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 749/2018 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, registered with P.S. Dabri.
2.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had forged a rent agreement and, on the basis of the same, obtained various other identity documents.
3.
The learned ASC has opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner's thumb impression is yet to be obtained. 4.
It is clear from the status report that the petitioner has joined the investigation, as he has also been interrogated by the Investigating Officer (IO). However, since petitioner's thumb impression is required, the petitioner is directed to appear before the IO on 28.09.2019 at 11.00 a.m. to
provide his thumb impression. Subject to the petitioner reporting as above and providing his thumb impression as directed, he is granted anticipatory bail. He shall be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the IO. He shall ensure that he fully cooperates with the investigation and is available for further investigations. He shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Subject to complying with the aforesaid conditions, the application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.
