By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking inquiry in the complaint preferred by her at Cyber Police Station against her second husband i.e. respondent No.3. 2.

Ld. ASC for the State, on instructions, submits that after conducting a detailed inquiry, the complaint filed by the petitioner has been closed. 3.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner however disputes the above submissions.

Be that as it may, since the complaint filed by the petitioner stands closed, present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy as may be available to her under the law.
