This appeal is disposed of as compromised as per the terms stated in the present application(C.M. No.14056/2017). It is however made clear that any amount which the respondent no.1 will be entitled to in terms of the present application, especially as per paras 3(ii) and 3(iii) no execution would be filed for such amount unless appropriate court fee is paid, and only thereafter respondent no.1 will be able to recover the conditional money decree amount, and which would become enforceable if EFA No.1/2017

the suit property is not vacated by 30.6.2017. 3.
