By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of interim bail for four weeks granted vide order dated 08.05.2025, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 480/2020, registered at Police Station Dayal Pur, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 302/307/120B/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and Sections The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner herein was granted interim bail for the purpose of surgery of his father vide order dated 08.05.2025, but he was released from Judicial Custody only on 21.05.2025. It is also submitted that the said surgery is scheduled for 02.06.2025 at RML Hospital, Delhi and therefore, the learned counsel seeks a further extension of two weeks. 5.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail which was granted to the applicant/petitioner herein vide order dated 08.05.2025, for two weeks from date, on the same terms and conditions.
