Applicant was earlier granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2026 so as to enable him to make requisite arrangements for admission of his two children in a school.

Such period of interim bail is expiring today. 3.

According to learned counsel for applicant, the medical condition of wife of applicant is serious as she is suffering from brain tumour and has to undergo some surgery and, therefore, it is prayed that interim bail may be extended on humanitarian grounds.

However, when asked, learned counsel for applicant, in all fairness, submitted that the purpose for which interim bail in question had been granted by this Court, has already been achieved.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file appropriate application seeking interim bail on the aforesaid medical ground before the learned Trial Court. He also submits that applicant is not running away from law and as per instructions, he would surrender today. 6.

In view of aforesaid, aforesaid application is disposed of as not pressed. 7.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
