% 09.11.2017 A winding up petition filed against Surya Vinayak Industries Ltd. has already been admitted being Co. Pet. No. 84/2013 and the OL has been appointed as a Provisional Liquidator. Hence, this petition to that extent has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a claim before the OL as and when the claims are invited in the appropriate winding up petition, as per law.
