Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved by way of a Settlement Agreement. However, the said agreement is not available on the digital record of the Court. Let the same be placed on record. 2.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the agreed amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh only) has been paid vide Cheque No. 000002 dated 18.05.2026, drawn on DCB Bank in favour of Manoj Bedi, and the same has been handed over to learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Let a copy of the aforesaid cheque be taken on record. 4.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are accordingly directed to vacate the subject premises within a period of 60 days from today. 5.

The parties shall remain bound by the remaining terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
