The present petition has been filed under Section 526 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking quashing of the FIR No.311/2024 dated 07.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 323/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at the Police Station Dwarka South, Dwarka, Delhi. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition submitting that the chargesheet has been filed before the learned Trial Court.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

In view of above, the present petition as well as the pending application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
