Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 0308/2025 dated 23.07.2025 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj South for commission of offences under Sections 64(1)/351(3)/123/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Sections 376(1)(2)/506/328/34 IPC). 2.
Though bail is being sought for the reason that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties but according to learned counsel for applicant, there are various aspects of the case which go on to indicate that accused persons have been falsely implicated on account of some previous rivalry within the family.

After some arguments, learned counsel applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the application afresh after charges are ascertained and after the deposition of prosecutrix is recorded. 5.

Learned Trial Court is requested to give requisite priority to the present matter, particularly, keeping in mind the fact the applicant is in custody for the last around 10 months and charges have yet not been ascertained.
