The present petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in Case No.NCB/VIII/DZU/43/2019 for the offences punishable under Section 21 (b) NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station NCB. 2.

In view of medical report dated 04.09.2020 sent by Central Jail No.10, Rohini, New Delhi, there is no emergency to release the petitioner on interim bail. Moreover, he is getting proper treatment from the jail itself. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
