This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "a) Pass an order directing the respondent CISF to relieve the petitioner from the present CISF Unit RHSTPP Rihand Nagar for the purpose of joining at CISF Unit ASG Delhi.

b) Pass such other order or orders as this court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case."

In effect, the petitioner/applicant submits that the petitioner has been transferred from the CISF Unit, RHSTPP Rihand Nagar to CISF Unit, ASG, Delhi. This fact is acknowledged by the counsel for the respondents also. 3.
