% 17.02.2017 CM 6157/2017(early hearing) The learned counsel for the applicant/review petitioner states that the review petition needs to be heard urgently but the next date of hearing is 21.04.2017. We accede to his request and direct that the review petition shall be heard today itself. The next date of 21.04.2017 fixed in the review petition stands cancelled. The applications stands disposed of.

Rev. Pet. 298/2016 & CM 23841/2016 The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the only ground for review is that the letter dated 22.10.2008 was not considered by this Court while delivering the judgment on 04.05.2016, the review of which is being sought. It is clear that the matter was heard and the judgment was dictated in court itself. The counsel for the respondent was present. He cannot be permitted to take the position

that the aforesaid letter was left out by this Court while delivering the said judgment.

In view of the foregoing, there is no merit in this review petition. The same is dismissed.
