% 20.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video-Conferencing. 1.

Learned counsel for the respondent Bank states on instructions that the last instalment of Rs. 1.50 crores would be released to the petitioner expeditiously.

Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the last date of completion of the project is 30.08.2020, let the respondent Bank release the said amount expeditiously preferably within three working days.

Regarding the sum of Rs. 69.74 lakhs which is claimed by the petitioner under GECL scheme, learned counsel for the respondent states that it can only be released in case the petitioner complies with all the requisite requirements.

complied with all the requirements.

Let the respondent deal with the said claim of Rs. 69.74 lakhs under GECL Scheme expeditiously as per law.

Nothing further survives in this writ petition. The same is disposed of. However, in case any issues arise subsequently regarding the GECL Scheme, the petitioner is at a liberty to take steps as per law. 7.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
