The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to impugn the interim order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the learned Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „TDSAT'), in Telecom Petition (Diary) No.282/2024 titled as "Dishnet Wireless Limited vs. Union of India". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by submitting that learned TDSAT heard the submissions on ad interim application moved before it wherein an order has been passed. 3.

Permission is granted.
