The Petitioner has filed the instant petition for grant of interim bail for a period of two weeks in FIR No. 237/2022 dated 04.08.2022 registered at Police Station Special Cell for offences under Section 17 & 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and Section 120B of the IPC. Chargesheet was filed and offences under Section 38, 39 & 40 of the UAPA and Section 21 and 25 of the NDPS Act were added. 2.

It is stated that interim bail has been sought by the Petitioner on the ground of admission of his daughters in a new school.
