This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to accept the Petitioner's NEET UG 2019 score card, notwithstanding that the printed copy is not clearly legible, and to permit the Petitioner to submit his FMGE application and appear in the FMGE examination b) Direct the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to be considered on the basis of the available score card and other supporting records, or to provide any alternative mechanism for verification, so that the Petitioner is not stopped from appearing in the FMGE due to the non-availability of a clear score card.
c) Direct Respondent No. 1 (NTA) to expedite the issuance of the NEET (UG) 2019 score card to the Petitioner within a reasonable time frame. d) Grant interim relief allowing the Petitioner to appear for the FMGE, subject to the condition The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
that his result may be withheld until the completion of requirements or any other conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit. . . ."

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is medical degree holder from a foreign University and wants to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ("FMGE"), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences ("NBEMS"). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioner is unable to find or retrieve her NEET-UG 2020 Scorecard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency ("NTA") has furnished particulars of the petitioner as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards.

The respondent No. 1/NTA, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioner, which reads as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, the respondent No. 3/NBEMS is directed to treat this Order as a Scorecard for NEET-UG 2020 examination in respect of the petitioner and consequently, the requirement on part of the petitioner to furnish Scorecard of NEET-UG 2020 for FMGE 2026 and also for future FMGE Examinations stands discharged.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
