The present application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.PC. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0610/2023 registered under Sections 20/21/69/85 of NDPS Act at P.S. Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.

The petitioner/applicant was granted interim protection vide this Court's order dated 23.04.2024 subject to his joining investigation on 24.04.2024 at 4 PM. Learned APP for the State submits that the applicant has not joined investigation on the said date. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that she has not received any instructions from the applicant. 4.

Considering that learned counsel for the applicant has no instructions from the applicant and the fact that the applicant has not complied with the order dated 23.04.2024, the bail application is dismissed.
