Mr. Karan Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the Directorate of Education i.e. respondent Nos. 1 and 2 had directed to the school management to conduct the DPC in respect of the petitioner herein by order dated 04.01.2024. Accordingly, Mr. Sharma, learned counsel submits that he is under instructions to state that the DPC shall be positively conducted within two weeks from today.

Ms. Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the direction to conduct DPC qua the petitioner was given almost two years back, yet the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 did not comply with the said order.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to hold DPC positively within two weeks from today.

Needless to observe that the consequential benefits as would arise from the date of entitlement to the petitioner positively be released to the petitioner in accordance with law, subject to the outcome of the DPC.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition alongwith pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
