Through the present application, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 180/2021 registered at Police Station - Shahdara, Delhi under Sections 302/201/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 05.05.2025, the learned APP for the State sought time to file CCTV footage on record and submitted that the cross-examination of the material witness i.e., the brother of the deceased is yet to be recorded. For these reasons, the matter was adjourned for today. 3.

Today, during the course of arguments, the parties are in agreement that in case the material witnesses, whom the prosecution intends to examine, be allowed to be examined in a time bound manner, the petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. may be given an opportunity to approach this Court after the examination of those material witnesses. The prosecution has given the names of the following witnesses who are yet to be examined: i.

Ms. Mamta (PW-4) (examination deferred) iv.

In view of the above submissions, the aforesaid prayer of the parties is allowed and the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six months, subject to the pendency of other cases before the Court concerned.

Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to approach this Court as and when required.
