% 16.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners, who are employees of respondent No.4/school have sought a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, to examine their complaints made against respondent nos.4 & 5.

On the last date, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 had sought time to get appropriate instructions. Today, Ms.Ahlawat submits that respondent No.2 has already constituted a Committee to examine the complaints made by the petitioners. She further submits that while examining the petitioners' complaints, the Committee will duly follow the principles of natural justice and give adequate

opportunity to all the effected parties. She submits that based on the Committee's report, further action, if needed, would thereafter be taken by respondent no.2 by following due procedure as per law. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and 2, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present petition.

It is, however, made clear that this Court has neither examined the merits of the case nor expressed any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioners and the same will be considered on their own merits by respondent No.2.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
