O R D E R

% 14.08.2020 (Hearing through Video Conferencing) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought the extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 17.7.2020 for a period of three months in relation to FIR No.747/2018, PS Seema Puri under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The applicant in the instant case was granted interim bail vide order dated 17.7.2020 in Bail Appln. No. 1431/2020 subject to the terms and conditions as imposed thereby in as much as the petitioner's wife's surgery was scheduled for 27.7.2020, the petitioner having been granted interim bail for a period of 4 days from 25.7.2020. As per the averments made in the application under consideration the applicant's wife was operated upon on 27.7.2020. The applicant has however further submitted that he had symptoms of COVID 19 and subsequently was diagnosed to be suffering from COVID 19. Vide order dated 5.8.2020 the State was called upon to submit By:SUMIT GHAI 22:54

the reply that has been received from the RML Hospital in relation to the applicant having tested positive of COVID-19. The status report dated 11.8.2020 has been submitted under the signatures of Inspector Surender Kumar, SIU-II, Crime Branch, Delhi is to the effect that as per the report received from the RML Hospital No. 0707900035692 dated 29.7.2020, the applicant is found to be suffering from COVID19 and the copy of the said medical report is also annexed with the status report.

In the circumstances the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended till the date 30.9.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide the order dated 17.7.2020 in bail Appln. No. 1431/2020. The applicant is thus directed to surrender before the Superintendent Jail, Delhi on 1.10.2020.

The petition is disposed of.
