W.P.(CRL) 1176/2020 4.

The petitioner is seeking production of his wife Manpreet Kaur and minor son Harshit Singh, aged 7 years.

Manpreet Kaur and the minor son Harshit Singh are present through video conference with their counsel and she submits that she had differences with the petitioner due to which she had filed a domestic violence case in which an order dated 20th June, 2020 was passed giving her the custody of the minor son. Manpreet Kaur submits that she is ready and willing to go back to the matrimonial home to live with the petitioner. 6.

The petitioner, present along with his counsel through video conference, is also willing to his wife joining back the matrimonial home. 7.

The petitioner submits that he will visit the office of the counsel of his wife to take his wife and son back to the matrimonial home today itself.

This petition is disposed of as satisfied.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case. 10.
