The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 05.04.2024 passed by learned District Judge (commercial Court) -04, Central Delhi (hereinafter referred as „Executing Court') in M.Ex. No. 757/2023, titled as "M/S. R.R. FASHION WEAR LLP V/S. M/S. D. GOLD JEANS" whereby the warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner. 4.

It is further submitted that till then he may be given protection as warrants of arrest has been directed to be issued against him and the matter is listed before the learned ACJ on 16.04.2024. 6.

In view of the submissions, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for as per law and protection for a week from today is granted against the impugned order.
