Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner present on advance notice.

Learned counsel for respondent no.6 submits that they have approached the learned Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation Delhi (MCD) seeking appropriate reliefs against the impugned orders, which have been passed by the MCD.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present contempt petition.
