Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

This Public Interest Litigation Petition seeks a prayer for removal of an unauthorized construction etc. allegedly carried out at Khasra No. 42/9 and 42/11, Village Baprola, Nangloi, Delhi.

The learned Counsel representing Respondent No. 1 / STF, on instructions, has stated that the properties have been booked and action will be taken.

Accordingly, having regard to the fact that the action has already been initiated.

We dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the concerned authorities to conclude the proceedings initiated in respect of an unauthorized constructions / encroachments etc. and conclude the same with expedition within a period of two months, in accordance with law which may and take notice etc. to the person who has allegedly raised unauthorized constructions / encroachments.

With regard to Prayer 'b' in the Petition, let an appropriate representation be made by the Petitioner to the concerned Respondents within a fortnight from today and in case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law with expedition.

The Petition stands disposed of.
