% 21.08.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. Learned ASC for the GNCTD submits that the demarcation exercise is yet to be completed and that: i) upon completion, a copy of the demarcation report will be made available to the petitioner, through counsel as well and ii) the petitioner will be dispossessed in terms of the demarcation report, while observing due process of law.

2. Should the petitioner have any objection apropos the demarcation report, it will be open to him to pursue his legal remedies.

3. No further orders are required. The writ petition, along with the

pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
