By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 127/2021 dated 23.03.2021, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, District Outer North, Delhi, under Sections 419/420/467/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground of settlement. 2.
At the very outset, Mr. Punit Vinay, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the chargesheet has been filed only under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, which are both compoundable offences.
